Custom orthotics are corrective devices made to assist a foot that fails biomechanically, to function normally.

The orthotics are made to control abnormal foot function, re-establish proper weight distribution and improve overall biomechanics. Each orthotic is made specifically for your foot.

At Active Healthcare Centre we offer a wide range of orthotics to suit each patient’s individual needs.

Custom made shoethotics and sandalthotics are also available. From attractive shoes and sandals from name brands such as Birkenstock, Mephisto, Bostonian, Rockport and Ecco to running shoes from Asics, Adidas, New Balance and Puma and boots from Blundstone and Harley Davidson you are sure to find a shoe that works for you!

Custom orthotics are covered by most extended healthcare plans. Active Healthcare Centre offers orthotics from $350.00.
