Prenatal Classes: Ongoing throughout the fall and winter. This class is weekly for four weeks. Cost is $200. Learn breathing techniques, how to properly time your contractions, breastfeeding techniques, what to expect during your pregnancy and birth, how to make your own baby food and more.
